Meeting rooms are available for rental by community groups at all of the eleven Neighborhood Libraries. Please contact the Branch Librarian for availability.

A Facility Reservation Form must be completed and approved for all facility rental requests. Please mail or fax (562-570-7408) completed forms to the attention of the Facility Rental Coordinator.
As a condition of granting any permit, the Permittee shall provide evidence of General Liability insurance covering the event in an amount not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit. Please see Facility Rules & Regulations for details.
A tax identification number is required when providing evidence of insurance coverage. Upon request, quotes for low cost liability insurance that meets the requirements of the permit are available.
