Homebound Readers Services provides library materials to customers in Long Beach who are confined to their homes by an illness or an injury, either chronic or temporary. Materials are personally selected by a Librarian for each homebound reader and mailed out every other week at no charge. Learn more by calling the Homebound Readers Service or filling out the PDF form and submitting it to a Librarian. The Books on Wheels Program offers dinner and a book, or dinner and a movie, to Meals on Wheels program participants. Call the Homebound Readers Service above to sign up.
